Peter Eleftherio
Managing Director
Peter began his career in advertising as an Account Manager at Holland-Mark in Boston, before transitioning to Creative and eventually launching his own shop as Creative Director. After a decade in the agency world, he led a spin-out of The Works, a recruiting firm dedicated to delivering the talent to build brands.

CD Search is the manifestation of Peter's deep focus on value-added placement of game-changing creative leadership. The firm offers clients deep domain expertise, access to a sprawling nationwide network of creative leaders and a commitment to painstaking matchmaking and client care, all fueled by a life-long passion for great creative and brand development.

Peter serves on the Board of Directors of The Works and holds a B.A. in English Literature from Dartmouth College.
